Course Overview

A short video showing the stunning location and delights of our course and clubhouse.

Seaford Blatchington has one of the finest Downland courses in the country. It’s always a challenge, but never too daunting; it will always reward accurate ball-strikers, but is never a walkover.

Our course is set high above the English Channel on chalk. It has fantastic views of surrounding farmland and the sea, and it drains very well, making it playable throughout the year.

Our fairways are fast and rolling. You’ll need to strike the ball well off slopes and drive it across some interesting carries. Buggies are available for hire, but the course is a joy to walk, with gentle gradients.

It’s fun, it’s beautiful and it’s kept in great condition. It was designed by the legendary J H Taylor, and it measures 6,234 yards off the yellow tees. It’s exactly, in fact, what an outstanding Downland course should be.
