Starters

Chicken liver parfait, toasted brioche, pear and quince chutney
Hot Smoked salmon, beetroot panna cotta, horseradish foam
Wild mushroom arancini, truffle cream, pickled walnuts

Main course

(36 day Dry-aged) Ribeye steak ‘8oz’ served with a choice of peppercorn sauce, garlic butter,
or a brandy and mushroom sauce, triple cooked chips, roasted vine tomatoes, portabella mushroom and glazed button onions (£8.00 supplement)

Pan-seared duck breast, confit of duck bon bons, tarragon mash and cranberry jus
Fillet of Monkfish Butter poached with a clam and crab bisque, squid ink linguine
Squash, spinach and hazelnut wellington, dauphinoise potato, brandy and mushroom sauce

Dessert

Chocolate delice, Madagascan vanilla ice-cream
Baked rice pudding cinnamon glaze, toffee apple compote
