The original Clubhouse, built in 1907, has been regularly modernised and extended and includes a bar, lounge and a large dining room overlooking the course. Nevertheless it still retains a traditional atmosphere with photos of past captains and honour boards back to the 1890’s.
It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the enjoyment of good food, real ale (Harveys – the nationally acclaimed local brewer of Lewes) and all day snacks in the bar and lounge. There are facilities for snooker and cards and television in the bar for watching golf or major sporting events. Lockers are available and changing and shower rooms are shared by members and visitors alike and have also been extended and upgraded.
Additionally, rooms can be made available by prior arrangement, for private functions, meetings and seminars.
